We are thrilled to welcome a new Facility Technician to our Singapore team, and we hope it's you.
Your Focus
As a Facility Technician, you maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The role involves routine maintenance, responding to service requests, and ensuring a safe, efficient facility environment.
How You Will Contribute

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct minor repairs on doors, windows, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Monitor and maintain building safety systems, including fire alarms and emergency lighting.
  • Assist with office setups, relocations, and furniture arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
  • Diploma in Mechatronics or any relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in same position
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Able to perform tasks that require physical exertion, such as lifting and working in constrained environments
  • Able to work shift & perform weekends duties when assigned.
