**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Administration Director, responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities including managing payroll, advertising job openings, identifying manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, provide internal training. You will be the go-to person and support on effective delivery of daily HR operation and as a speak person to represent HR department during weekly toolbox meeting.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, on/off boarding cycle, employee relations, training, employee development, day-to-day HR operations, compensation and benefit, organization development.
- Maintaining HR policies and practices in compliance with local regulations and governances.
- Provides guidance to HR team and other staff with a positive working environment.
- Maintains the integrity of the HR database.
- Handle employee medical and leave matters.
- Counselling staff, conducting investigation.
- Administer employee benefits, organize team engagement activities, and workplace safety measures.
- Handling all government-paid claims and income tax declarations.
- Manage all HR administration, and prepare letters, contract, Memo, disciplinary letter, company insurance and HR reports.
- Make recommendation to its existing welfare programs and employee relation activities to enhance the relationship between management and staff.
- Planning and implementing new HR initiatives and projects.
- Any other task as assigned by Administration Director from time to time.

**Accountabilities**:

- Team player and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong planning and implementation abilities.
- Familiar with HR System Info-Tech
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive, independent and positive working attitude

**Qualifications/Experiences**:

- Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices
