We are looking for passionate head chef to lead our team.

**Location**:Near Clarke Quay MRT station (5 minutes’ walk)

**Start Date**:May 2025 - June 2025

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead kitchen team.
- Prepare cuisine dishes.
- Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team to create and execute the menu.

**Requirements**:

- 5 year experience as a cook, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
- Possess **WSQ**Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate.**:

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
