**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain our regulatory license for Singapore, including regulatory communication, tracking key obligations, and advocating for our compliance framework during audits.
- Foster strong relationships with the regulator by overseeing internal and external reporting, as well as responding to information requests.
- Develop and implement systems to monitor regulatory risks, ensure compliance with both regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the creation, upkeep, and delivery of compliance materials, such as policies, procedures, manuals, and training content, in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Engage in regulatory horizon scanning, including interpreting regulations, assessing scope and impact, and implementing changes based on new regulations.
- Review, analyze and perform gap analysis on new publications from regulators.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably with experience with proprietary trading, crypto-focused firm or banking
- A broad understanding of regulations across different jurisdictions, with an emphasis on Singapore and/or Abu Dhabi being ideal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to think strategically while also excelling in hands-on execution; driven to take whatever steps are necessary to achieve results.
