Polymath Search is partnering with a Global Consultancy firm and they are looking for Associate/ Senior Associate with 1-4 years of
compliance/ internal audit experience
gained from the financial service sector to be part of their regulatory compliance team providing advisory and consulting services for their clients spanning from PE funds, Hedge Funds to fof and real estate etc. If enjoy a client facing role and interested in working in multiple projects, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to further develop your regulatory compliance experience with regulated entities in Singapore
Responsibilities of the role:
To help manage a portfolio of clients and roved advisory and consultancy services to clients
To submit and/or review of regulatory filings and notifications and liaise and correspond with MAS and auditors
To provide periodic compliance reporting to senior management or board of directors and providing or reviewing compliance manual, compliance checklists and to prepare and review regulatory returns and forms
Perform ad-hoc projects, including but not limited to regulatory mock inspections, AML/CFT CDD checks
Requirements of the role:
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Law and any other relevant degrees
1-4 years of experience in regulatory compliance or internal audit with financial institutions (e.g. regulated fund managers, Big 4 audit firms, MAS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to details, organised and self-disciplined;
A team player with strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skill.
