We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and is willing to develop him/herself in the HRTech space. This role would be ideal for someone who is self-motivated and is able to pick-up the relevant industry knowledge quickly.

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partners by:

- Mastering and understanding the know-how of our product.
- Guide users and partners on the technical know-how on our platform through basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards.
- Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization.

**So here’s what we are looking for**:

- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Ability to multi-task and use the information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
- Must be a strong communicator with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
