**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales goals and strategies for key accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute sales activities in On-Premise outlets to increase market share and revenue.
- Manage distribution of company brands and Agency products for improved market penetration.
- Evaluate existing contracts, visit key customers, and foster strong relationships to counter competition and drive mutual growth.
- Stay updated on competition and market trends, securing new customers and accounts.
- Prepare and deliver formal presentations, negotiating favourable terms for customer tenders and contract renewals.
- Innovate, leverage expertise, and implement best practices to deliver consistent value to customers.
- Analyze F&B market trends, track targets, and submit bids for business growth.
- Devote time to key accounts and conduct sales visits with the team.
- Manage Trade Accounts Receivables and monitor aging in coordination with credit control.
- Perform assigned tasks as required.

- At least a Diploma in Business Administration or its related discipline with minimum 2 years of Operational Experience in the FMCG Industry.
- Possess vast experience and knowledge in F&B and traditional On-Premise channels to procure new customer base and portfolio management.
- Must possess own vehicle.
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
