Reporting to Director, CDM, Southeast Asia & Greater China, you would play a pivotal part in the content distribution management team. Actively participating in growing sales revenues, expanding distribution portfolio, strengthening client relationships, and account management-related matters.
**Responsibilities**:
Drive commercial sales in Channel and Content distribution, licensing, and new product introduction to linear, non-linear, and multimedia digital platforms for assigned markets in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan
Grow revenues in compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
Formulate pricing deals, content valuations, and revenue modelling
Manage deal negotiation and build on existing collaboration with clients
Client servicing and account management of assigned accounts
Perform subscriber and sales forecasting, budgeting and tracking of affiliate revenues with Finance
Work closely with Brands & Marketing to ensure acquisition, retention and growth of subscribers
Tracking and collection of revenues, internal deal approval documentation and compliance processes, working closely with internal departments
Build compelling and marketing-driven presentation pitches, as well as internal presentation decks.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and prospects that facilitate business
Provide on-going budgetary updates to senior management about the progress of each development project against the initial plan. Communicate challenges and offer proactive solutions
Perform industry, competitor and client research and analysis, following up with actionable analyses, recommendations and strategies that lead to business growth
Stay ahead of industry developments keeping up to date with current content and industry trends
**Qualifications**:
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Media-related field of study
Minimum 6 years working experience, preferably in broadcast media, networks as well as possession of proven broadcast client network within Southeast Asia & Greater China
Commercial acumen, strategic thinking with a flair in negotiation
Can-do attitude and customer-service mindset
Passion for media and content industry
Excellent communication and social skills to thrive in a dynamic and global environment and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
