Perma-Liner Industries (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a leading provider of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation solutions in Singapore & South East Asia region. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team.
Scope of Work: As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounts and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Support tax compliance activities, including GST returns and corporate tax filings
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Google Sheets and accounting software such as Zoho Books.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
