**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct market research to identify potential employers.****:

- **Develop compelling marketing materials to promote the program.****:

- **Represent the program at HR events for employer outreach.****:

- **Assess participants’ skills and match them to job opportunities.****:

- **Guide participants on resume, interviews and workplace readiness.****:

- **Collaborate closely with employers throughout the hiring process.****:

- **Track and reposrt on participants placement data.****:

- **Any other duties as assigned**

- **Degree or Diploma in HR, Business or related disciplines.****:

- **Preferably those with relevant experiences but not a requirement.****:

- **Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.****:

- **Knowledge of labour laws, hiring incentives and inclusive employment practices.****:

- **Passion for inclusive hiring and empathy for ex-offenders**
