IT Systems Specialist - Laboratory & Project Delivery (Pharma, GxP Environment)

12 Months Contract

Location: Gul Circle

Up to $8,000 depending on experience

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Project 1 : to work with global and local project team to deliver the deliverables and manage all requirements for the project
  • Project 2 : To work with global and local project team to deliver the deliverables ( network connectivity, connect and deployment all of mobile devices . Provide hyper care during start-up
  • Laboratory Systems : Migrate isolated Lab systems to Yellow Zone VLAN (next 12 months)
  • Laboratory Systems : Set-up Backup for Lab isolated system to site Acronis System for GxP Archive Data
  • Laboratory Systems : Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure system efficiency.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain site SOP jointly for the department
  • Laboratory Systems : Manage backup of the systems to ensure data integrity and availability
  • Laboratory Systems : Manage the annual Data Retrieval exercise and User Access Review.
  • Digital Projects : Support any new project deployment for laboratory ( both global & local ).

Requirements:

  • Certified in
  • ITIL Foundation (or higher)
  • Microsoft Certifications such as MCITP, MCTS, MCSA, or MCP
  • Hands-on experience in managing and supporting the following tools and platforms:
  • Collaboration & Productivity Tools: SharePoint, Office 365
  • Database & Reporting: SQL Server 2012, Power BI
  • Automation & Workflow: Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Project & Process Tools: Microsoft Visio, MS Project
  • Web & Design Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate
  • Digital Workplace Technologies & IT Infrastructure
  • Project Management Methodologies: Agile, SDLC
  • Web & Data Security, Quality Processes
  • Minimum 5 years of
    hands-on experience
    in the
    pharmaceutical
    industry
  • Direct involvement in
    GMP-compliant
    and
    GxP-regulated environments
