**Project Coordinator**:
Tetra Pak nder guidance lead activities in Project sales, procurement, logistics and timely delivery of products and services for Projects. You will support in reverse logistics activities including coordination with Renovation Center and the scrapping process.

This position will be based in Singapore.

**What you will do**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will:

- Under guidance lead activities in Project sales, procurement, logistics and timely delivery of products and services for Projects
- Adequate knowledge about logistic and ability to manouver cases at regional level
- Support in reverse logistics activities including coordination with company Renovation Centre and the scrapping process
- Adequate knowledge about SAP, IT Tools & processes
- Understand and support inventory management as per financial guidelines
- Ability to manage and support Different countries ( ASEAN, India, China) Receivable account collection ( manage customer billing plan and invoicing), providing the required documentation, include assist to collect managers or directors hard copy signatures to all Project mechanical, commissioning and other certificates. Other logistic support for timely collection of customer receivables in as per contractual terms or shipments or claim.
- Adequate knowledge about LC document (Supplier & Customer LC documents issuance) and ensuring that all LC documents (Commercial invoice, Transport docs such as BL/AWB, PL, COO, Manufacturer Certificate) are prepared ontime and accurately submited/delivered to the bank exactly as required
