We are in search of a motivated and personable professional to enhance our team. As a key representative, you will be committed to developing and implementing successful sales strategies and establishing robust client relationships. The role involves collaboration with experts specializing in Foreign Worker insurance, including Bond and Medical coverage, and reports to the department's Assistant Manager.
**Typical Responsibilities**:
- Handle client inquiries, offering advice on insurance quotes, policy renewals, and various requests.
- Coordinate with clients and insurance providers regarding policy renewals and new business agreements.
- Serve walk-in customers.
- Prepare documentation for business transactions.
- Update and maintain renewal listings and client databases.
- Conduct comparisons of premiums and benefits to stay informed of industry trends.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing business processes via technological advancements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Support with insurance claims processing.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of a Diploma is required.
- Certifications in BCP, PGI, and ComGI are mandatory. Having an HI certification is advantageous.
- At least two years of experience in the insurance sector.
- A service-focused, optimistic, and proactive approach.
- Competent in multitasking within a team setting and capable of independent work.
- Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaborative effort.
