Fx Institutional Sales Support Specialist

Within Markets, the support specialist will be the primary point of contact on the desk for the FX Institutional Sales team to assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales franchise.

Such tasks include:

- Assistance with booking & amending trade tickets; including pre-trade, live deal execution, & post-trade processes
- Support with settlement related processes & issues as they arise
- Handling of daily credit checks & managing the appropriate closure alerts
- Co-ordinate the novation process on behalf of Sales
- Assistance with the onboarding of clients to ensure timely completion
- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Middle Office and Operations in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you
- Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent
- Strong understanding of FX products, financial information, operations & controls
- Experience in Middle Office or a Support function and in-depth knowledge of the various systems
- Superior attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly professional, fast paced Front Office environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, experience in working at senior levels
- Ability to coordinate processes and work as part of multiple teams across a global firm
- Knowledge of Citi’s infrastructure is a plus
