Strategic Institutional Sales and Advisory Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead institutional sales and advisory efforts for a global financial institution. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing relationship and sales coverage to a portfolio of institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global markets sales/structuring with 5-10 years of relevant experience. They must possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of onboarding institutional client relationships, and a deep understanding of treasury products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide relationship and sales coverage to a portfolio of institutional flow clients, focusing on global real-money funds, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds.
  • Acquire and engage new non-bank institutional clients while growing the existing customer base.
  • Engage in multi-asset interactions with clients across FX, interest rates, fixed income, derivatives, equities, and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with local and regional traders and research teams to recommend daily trade ideas for Asian government bonds, FX, IR derivatives, investment ideas, and structured solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Global Markets Sales/Structuring.
  • Proven success in onboarding institutional client relationships and building strong engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury products, including but not limited to interest rate, credit, and foreign exchange derivatives.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements, Asian market nuances, and trends.
