**Job Description**:
- Overseeing and managing the daily activities of the spare parts operation
- Responsible for quotation and follow up till invoicing
- PO requisitions; three way matching and supplier invoice updates
- Co-ordinate shipment, handle shipment discrepancies
- Packing of spare part orders
- Prepare shipping documents
- Receipts and issues of goods including proper record keeping
- Store keeping duties including housekeeping of store
- Monitor and follow up customer payments
- Proactively reaching out to customers
- Analyze and manage inventory: Identify low, zero stock, slow moving and aging inventory
- Manage inventory system including creation and maintenance of stock items
- Annual price revision updates
- Responsible for warranty claim process
- Implementation of Web shop for parts - according to Group procedures
- Other assigned duties by management
- SoMe responsible
- Assist in managing projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree, Logistics and warehousing preferred
- At least 5 years experience in a Sales Operations / Spare Parts Operations
- Good knowledge in Logistic handling, Shipping
- Good IT skills, computer illiterate - Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge preferred
- Good communications skills
- Independent and a team player and with positive outlook
- Able to work with different levels of people
