**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In charge of Tender in pre & post activities such as pre-qualification / tender briefing, preparation & documentation for tender participation
- Monitor for pre-qualification & tender notices
- Review costing for project, prepare proposal, management summary and sourcing partners,
- Draft tender and project documents to assist in the preparation of technical and commercial bids for company projects
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
- Responsible for understanding and resolving complex technical, strategic and business issue
- Preparation of list of prequalified bidders for comparison, cost analysis to estimate the winning price and strategies

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Recognised degree in electrical/ electronic engineering or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in bid/ tendering and proposal management
- Familiar with the various bid portals, such as Gebiz etc
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English
- Possess strong business acumen, commercial understanding and risk management skills
- Able to work independently and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines, handing multiple bids simultaneously
