Salling Search is partnered with a global shipping MNC seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tendering Manager to be based in Singapore. As a Tendering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of projects by working closely with internal departments. Additionally, you will be the organization’s point person for all commercial and marketing matters and an account manager for key accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with internal departments to ensure project operations run smoothly
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial and marketing matters, managing key accounts
- Plan and carry out commercial and marketing activities to meet budgets and timelines
- Develop ideas and create offers for major accounts by market sector
- Maintain customer relationships and liaise with internal processing staff
- Conduct market research and manage external marketing agencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong tendering, organization, business strategy, innovation, problem
- resolution, and communication skills
- Ability to generate new business leads and contacts as well as manage projects as a key account manager.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) required.
- Able to strategize business deals and contract structures.
- Well-informed of industry practices and updated with current market trends and chartering rates.
