Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is looking for a Project and HSE Administrator to support our running project. You will be responsible for checking cardkey badges and support HSE promotion programs.

In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.

Your goal will be to ensure that our programs are engaging and run smoothly.

Specific duties will include:

- Participate in creating and implementing training programs
- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
- Recommend improvements
- Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies

Skills / Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- Good communication skills
- Good written communication skills (language and presentation)
- Competency with MS-Powerpoint, MS-Excel, MS-Access and Adobe pdf Writer
- A well organized and structured approach to achieving tasks
- Proven experience as a project or HSE Administrator for a project environment
- Interacting and engaging with a wide range of people both within the team
- Prioritizing competing demands from across the team and organising the highly variable workload in a self-motivated way
- Taking the initiative to improve and maintain systems and process that fall within the role responsibility
