
Sales Representative

Grow existing accounts by maintaining relationships with clients
Manage the operation of accounts through responding to customers, forecasting, arranging services, and ordering new product
Generate new leads and tackle existing leads to contribute to business growth
Attend trade shows and relevant conferences
Gather, collate and report to the Marketing Director/Group Manager/Product Manager/Product Supervisor information and data obtain from the market and customers regarding all aspects of the particular product assigned.
Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and targets for his assigned market, area, and customers.
Plan the promotion of assigned Product(s) thru brochures, samples, demonstrations, etc.
Plan customer calls/visits, maximizing time to cover as many customers as possible.
Plan and develop prospecting for new clients in cooperation with Marketing Director/Product Supervisor
Plan and develop strategies to collect overdue accounts specific to each customer
Develop and/or upgrades selling and collecting know-how and skills.
Prepare actual sales and collection performance reports and analyze variances against plans and forecast
Take/initiate action on customer complaints.
Provide effective feedback to the concerned department on product quality, quality of service, pricing, market conditions, and customer needs/expectations.
Prepare and update customer call/visit schedule daily, weekly, and monthly as needed
Keep and maintain sales and collection records covering the area of responsibility.
Operate with the care company car assigned to him/her and ensure that the unit is always in good operating condition.
Prepare customer correspondences and inter-office memos as needed.
Performance of other related duties and responsibilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
