Responsibilities
- The project should be planned out in logical steps with time allotted to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate all ongoing initiatives, both new and old, and be able to effectively connect with people at all levels.
- Determine the number of workers needed and send them to the building sites.
- Verify that projects are compliant with building and safety codes as well as other laws by inspecting and reviewing them.
- In the capacity of the owner or developer, interpret and explain the plans and the conditions of the contract to the administrative team, employees, and clients.
- Create contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors and negotiate revisions, alterations, and additions to those contracts.
- Obtain all required licenses and permits.

Requirement
- Strong management abilities, an awareness of interior design, technical proficiency, extraordinary attention to detail, and a driven attitude are also required.
- Good in communicating with people of all levels.
- Preferably with experience in interior design design and construction.
