The **Executive, Strategic Business Planning & Analytics**, will be responsible for performing data extraction, validation, and analysis from various sources to drive business insights and operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and extract data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to validate data quality through cleaning, transformation, and verification processes.
- Maintain and update dashboards, ensuring timely delivery of routine reports for business stakeholders.
- Support requests for new report generation and dashboard enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Assist in business process improvements, focusing on the automation of operational tasks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design data-driven solutions that support decision-making.Contribute to business planning and support any ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related area preferred.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical ability to investigate issues thoroughly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates timeliness, quality of work, ownership, and a strong work ethic.
