This position reports to the director of AMAN ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. The trainee develops and implement the company’s business strategies so that business units achieve their objectives and key results. This position will assist in analyse business performance, support in strategic planning and formulate strategies to align and achieve business goals.

Individual to be involved in:
1. Coordination and execution of company strategic plans
2. Managing relationships to support business expansion and growth, ensuring business needs are met efficiently.
3. Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance. Provide detailed analysis and commentary on results
4. Identify and drive strategic projects around potential Revenue Drivers & Cost Optimisations
5. Any other tasks as assigned by director

**Technical Skills and Competencies**

1. Oversee all strategy and business plans in the company
2. Proficiency in the processes of strategic planning
3. High analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
