**The Role**

Reporting to the head of HR, you will be tasked with full spectrum of HR duties such as administering policies, executing HR strategies, developing talents, leading talent review, planning talent acquisition strategies, defining rewards policy, maximizing performance, providing compensation and benefits market benchmarks, as well as establishing strong relationships with Country Managers. Your key focus are Singapore, Thailand, and Australia.

**Your Profile**

You should have a degree/diploma in Business Administration/Management/HRM with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the relevant capacity. Prior experience working in a multinational company is preferred. You should have strong communications skills and can work independently.
