**What You Will Do**

**People Operations**
- Collate, enter and maintain people data into HR information systems and employee files; communicate people updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact regarding employment, benefits and immigration matters.
- Administer, enrol and terminate Group health and life insurance for employees.

**Recruitment**
- Assist the Talent Lead to prepare employment contracts for employees and interns, advising managers on local labour legislations.
- Organize and conduct pre-onboarding to onboarding, including orientation for new hires, welcome new hires with established onboarding kits and introduce new hires to team members.

**Who You Are**
- 4+ years of People Operations or HR Generalist experience preferably in fast scaling start-ups.
- Manage the full cycle of People Operations from onboarding to offboarding, excluding payroll.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS and spreadsheets.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 domain, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written), can-do attitude, creative, outside-of-the-box thinking and adaptability to an ambiguous environment.
- A great sense of humour is a plus
