**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with project team to identify and to bring in the targeted trade visitors for the exhibition including conference delegates, hosted buyers and visiting delegation
- Identify target universe and key segments within target universe. Develop personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments
- Develop marketing plan with inputs from project team. Take ownership and execute according to schedule
- Assist Sales team to develop sales collaterals from sales brochures, website, fact sheets, EDMs, banners etc
- Attend fortnightly sales and marketing meeting with project team to discuss progress Submit monthly marketing report
- Work closely with Project lead in managing allocated marketing budget with little/no deviance
- Work closely with external project strategic partners and provide the necessary support
- Fully responsible for onsite visitors’ management
- Send timely, relevant communications through full mix of channels and optimise the effectiveness of these channels

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Marketing
- ** 2-5 years of marketing of events/trade exhibitions in Singapore and regionally preferred**:

- ** Experience in both traditional and digital marketing**:

- Team player and able to lead a team and work effectively with people
- 5 days week/Toa Payoh
