JR32564 Events & Program Administrator Intern

As MXA Events & Admin Inter n at Micron, you will be responsible for site events coordination, a ll hands meeting /VP visit logistics support, site shuttle bus and vehicle management, and MXA social m edia channel support. You will be also in charge of department admin support for r espective departments and other ad-hoc support based on business needs.

**Responsibilities and Tasks
Events:

- Site events coordination
- All hands m eeting logistics support
- VP visit logistics support
- Site vehicle management support
- Site events promotion in social channel
- facilitate to improve office image
- All team members meeting support

Ad min : Administration support to PMO, Planning, IT, GSM, and TS E department.
- Travel booking and office reservation for all visitors for supported dept.
- Site shuttle bus management
- Expense reimbursement filing for related department heads
- MT group creation and maintenance
- SharePoint, EDC maintenance
- Food bag and MXA library management to improve admin care
- Other departments support based on business requirements
- Education
- Required Bachelor’s Degree and above, in English, B usiness A dministration, Language and Literature, Journalism, Engineering, Information system or related field.
- Qualifications
- Previous social media experience and events management/Admin is a plus
- Proficient English in both oral and written
- Cheerful optimistic and able to build relationships with others easily
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- S olid analytica l and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
