What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. Working closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects. From design to delivery.
You will:
- Leads the Seamless Ecosystem core team in the Global Software and Peripherals (S&P) Product Group. The S&P Product Group includes the global Displays, Client Peripherals and Gaming lines of businesses (LOB) responsible for developing both S&P hardware and software solutions for our global customers.
- The S&P Seamless Ecosystem core team performs the critical role of ensuring harmonious integration of S&P products into the overall computing ecosystem to deliver a seamless computing experience for end users of our extensive range of product offerings.
- Represents the S&P Product Group in front end interactions with global Computing Product Group (CPG) and Experience Innovation Group (EIG) to ensure effective end-to-end planning on defined ecosystem solution programs.
- Leads cross-functional core team members to engage across different product development core teams for the global Displays, Client Peripherals and Gaming LOBs, and provides oversight on highly coordinated schedules and deliverables in tandem with CPG and EIG, to support the successful roll-out of ecosystem solutions. Cross Functional Team members can include Solution Experience Planners, Solution Architects and Validation Engineers, etc.
- Establishes clear objectives and deliverables for the Seamless Ecosystem team that are aligned to the business strategies for S&P and CPG LOBs, while supporting the overall seamless ecosystem strategic & business objectives.
- Proactively responds to risks and challenges through effective contingency planning and appropriate escalations. Manages ambiguities, tracks progress, reports status and drives necessary changes to achieve business objectives.
- Establishes strong working relationships and influences effectively at the Manager, Director, General Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President levels.
- Communicates clearly, accurately and concisely with required depth, and facilitate effective decision making across core teams and executive review forums
- Participates in non-product or solution cross-LOB initiatives, examples include Process Improvement projects, Digitalization Tools implementation and Resource sizing/planning.

- 12-15 years of related experience in product development processes, product/solution areas and customer needs and usage
