We are seeking for a **Technical Program Manager **to manage on the strategies, overall planning, execution, and delivery of technically complex products from conceptulization through production.

He/ She will act as the link between the program team resources and key stakeholders, defining the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and evaluating the measures of success.

The Technical Program Manager will use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plans, and execute sub-projects that deliver the program within cost and schedule. They will also monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issue resolution, and communicating status, issues, and key risks to product stakeholders and senior management.

**Responsibilties**:

- Define the project charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and evaluate measures of success.
- Develop robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery, testing, and commissioning of all projects with no impact on business continuity.
- Manage the strategy, overall planning, execution, and delivery of technically complex products from concept through production
- Tracking of projects on an ongoing basis and evaluating on the progress/quality.
- Managing issue resolution with constant communicating on the status, issues, and key risks to product stakeholders.
- Issue management with senior senior managment such as conflict resolution, and perform escalation as needed.
- Adopt disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop program plans, and execute sub-projects that deliver the project within the schedule.

**Requirements**:

- **B.S. degree **or higher in an **engineering or science discipline with at least 5 years of experience.**
- **Ability **to work and lead cross-functionally teams (product, engineering, production, and supply chain)
- **Demonstrated **experience in project management, including delivery of mass-produced and technically complex products.
- **Demonstrated **experience in creating and implementing program management tools for communication, scheduling, risk management, resource planning, cost tracking, and production planning, etc.
- **Deep understanding **of the product design life cycle and problem-solving processes
- **Excellent **interpersonal skills, energetic and self-directed,not afraid to speak up or pivot to a new direction when needed.
- **Highly **collaborative and results-driven, constantly striving to improve schedule and project efficiency.
- **Outstanding **verbal and written communication skills
- **Strong **organizational skills along with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
