The Registries of Patents, Designs and Plant Varieties (PDPVP) supports IPOS’ vision by building and maintaining a top-ranked IP regime in the world. We have set our ambition to be a Regime of the Future that is a showcase of IP regime and administration excellence with our IP, digital and data analytics expertise. We are looking for an individual who is keen to be a key contributor to achieving our ambition to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities
You will
- Be a Patents, Designs and/ or Plant Varieties practice expert.
- Lead a team of officers to ensure business operational and quality excellence.
- Proactively make continuous improvements to the business processes and work system.
- Implement changes to the business processes and work system following policy or legislative reviews.
- Recommend policy and tactical positions for Singapore to take at regional meetings and at international meetings (for instance, at the World IP Organization), and represent Singapore in these meetings.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in managing business processes and operations. Applicants without relevant work experience are also welcomed to write to us.
- Keen to or have experience to drive changes using evidence-based/data-driven approach.
- Background in intellectual property, especially in the area of Patents, Designs or Plant Varieties, is a plus.
- Able to write and communicate clearly, concisely and logically.
- Able to work well independently and within a team.
- A degree in any field.
