Senior Manager, Employee Engagement

**Responsibilities**
- Design, recommend and implement interventions to drive sustained organisational high-performance and employee engagement, as well as to reinforce company’s culture.
- Provide a systemic view and recommend actions to build and strengthen company’s culture through interventions across various levels e.g. internal communications, partnering with stakeholders to align policies, processes and programmes aimed at driving desired behaviours.
- Strategise and oversee the design and roll out of key Employee Engagement programmes including employee engagement and pulse surveys to gather feedback on the employees’ level of engagement.
- Provide expertise and develop appropriate and innovative action plans based on insights gathered from employee engagement data.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive engagement interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting our employees with company’s strategic focus and direction.
- Plan and facilitate discussions at various Workgroups
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Employee Engagement team in designing and implementing initiatives across various workstreams.
- Manage project budgets, proposals to support the procurement process and evaluate vendors’ service performance
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree from a recognised university.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience preferably in Employee Engagement and Culture Building. Experience in Organisation Development would be a bonus.
- Passion in creating the best employee experience within an organisation.
- Possess deep understanding of factors that drive employee behaviour within an organisation, with a track record of driving and managing change at large team and organisational levels.
- Strong thinking and analytical capacity, particularly at the systems level, with demonstrated strength in writing proposals and presentations.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different levels of stakeholders.
- Pro-active, self-driven and resilient team player who is agile and be able to work in a transformational environment.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in various communication platforms including proficiency in MS Excel tools for data analysis.
