Reports to Operations Lead at RMHC based at the National University Hospital Singapore.

**The job**
- Assist families with registration at the Ronald McDonald Family Room
- Help families check-in and out of the Ronald McDonald House
- Provide general assistance and support to families when necessary
- Ensure supplies are stocked across all facilities
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness at facilities, light housekeeping when necessary
- Assist staff in administrative duties

**Requirements and qualities we are looking for**
- Relevant experience in guest-relation or receptionist roles is a plus
- Great interpersonal skills - friendly, tactful, dependable and yet discreet
- Neat and pleasant in appearance
- Comfortable with working with members of the public, staff and volunteers

**Schedule**
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- Shifts: 9am - 1pm, 1pm - 5pm, and 5pm - 9pm

Orientation and training will be provided by Operations Staff.

Hourly pay rate at $9/hour.

Benefits include cash value of entitled annual leave and pro-rated paid Public Holidays.
