
Guest Relations Executive

As a Guest Relations Executive, your role is to establish and maintain regular communication with our clients. Your mission is to foster a strong and supportive relationship by conducting proactive outreach and touch-base interactions. By staying closely connected with our clients, you will ensure their needs are met, questions are addressed, and their journey toward improved health is smooth and satisfying.
Frontdesk Support:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the establishment.
- Interact with guests, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Welcome Clients as they arrive, and usher them to their on-site appointments or treatments.
- Communicate Clients arrivals to the team.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently, especially during busy periods, to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Arrange reading materials, brochures, and educational resources for patients.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
