**_Member Relations Intern_**

**This will be the most exciting internship you’ll ever have.**

**We are looking for somebody who is**:

- Experienced, but prior experience in similar capacity would be an advantage
- Someone with high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
- Interested in F&B, hospitality, events and ensuring that guests have a great experience
- Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Reliable and good team player with an engaging personality
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays on shifting schedules or when Events take place.
- Committed to us for 6 months (negotiable).

**The Role**:

- Greet and welcome all guests and members warmly
- Ensure highest level of member and guest experience
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager.
- Handle member queries and event bookings
- Engage with members, guests and the team
- Manage table bookings maximising seating capacity
- There will be cross training with various departments (Service/Membership/Events) to better understand & perform the role
- Assist full-time staff with day-to-day operations and event planning
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process
- Manage seasonal retail stores
