**Member Relations Executive**

**We are looking for a fun and vibrant team player who cares deeply about delivering great experiences for our guests. Fresh graduates/ Cabin crews/ Applicants with no prior experience but willing to learn is welcome to apply**

**Your Role**:

- Greet and welcome all guests and members warmly
- Ensure highest level of member and guest experience
- Receive calls and messages for reservations and general inquiries
- Converse with members and provide assistance when necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager.
- Handle member queries and event bookings
- Engage with members, guests and the team
- Manage table bookings maximising seating capacity

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience is not a must, but prior experience in similar capacity would be an advantage
- A high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
- A spirit of hospitality and interest in ensuring that guests have a great experience
- Be well versed on all aspects of the Club, including all menus, and daily events.
- Reliable and good team player with an engaging personality
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays on shifting schedules
- Passionate about hospitality
