**What you will be working on**
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful applicant will work closely with both the academic team and the public/industry partners in the planning and execution of training programmes. The successful applicant will handle a spectrum of activities in business development and programme management.
Your responsibilities include the following:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities. Research and analyze market trends, industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Evaluate the feasibility and profitability of new partnerships, or expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to set growth targets and devise strategies to achieve them. Continuously monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their businesses.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries,, ensuring prompt response and exceptional customer service.
- Lead business negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, partners, suppliers, and other relevant parties. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall organisation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data to prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
