Liaise closely with insurance company on claims
- Assist in all administration facets of claims processing
- Proactive management of claims, timely processing & management of claims, claim administration
- Work with internal / external customers on insurance claim issues
- Maintain / update the records, reports and file
- Explain and ensure hirers understand their claims liability of the accident.
- Coordinate and manage the paperwork and invoicing of the repair to customers and insurers
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
- Liaise with case handler for work flow
Issuing LOD to insurer
- Answering Accident hotline
Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing and addressing complaints
**Requirement**:
- Must understand basic motor claims processes
- Minimum 'O’ Levels qualifications
- Computer literacy - MS Office ie Word and Excel
- Working Location: 37 Loyang Way
