
Sales Manager, Traditional Trade

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute channel strategy in line with company’s objectives and plans
- Achieve annual sales and profit targets for Traditional trade channel
- Set and lead the distribution strategy for Traditional Trade channel
- Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve brand share and growth
- Manage and set direction for distributor for Traditional trade channel
- Instruct and review distributor’s sales team on sales performance
- Lead distributor on Traditional trade related activities
- Formulate monthly reports submission from distributor
- Optimise trade spend for assigned accounts to ensure improved profitability.
- Effective apportionment, phasing and control of trade support budget to deliver gross to net targets.
- Execute effective cross function liaison with supply chain, logistics, marketing and finance to deliver business objectives.
- Implement accurate sales forecasting to meet monthly supply KPI.
- Collection of market intelligence.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Traditional trade sales management for FMCG portfolio.
- Strong channel management and experience in Traditional trade key accounts management.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Traditional Trade in Singapore.
- Sales driven, to meet business targets and goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with clients, with internal stakeholders.
- Independent and proactive in business development.
- Good business acumen.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Must possess valid driving license, own transport and willing to travel.
- Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin.
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
License/Certification:
- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
