Location: CBD

**Responsibilities**
- Handle customers’ enquiries and resolve complaints
- Ensure homogenous information is communicated to customers
- Processing and follow up on customer’s spare parts order
- Check quotation documents and generate billing/invoice accordingly
- Check conditions of watch before packing
- Prepare document and watches to be dispatched out daily
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain and file records
- Support Front Desk when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Computer proficiency (MS Words & Excel) is necessary
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
