**Call Centre / Customer Service Exp**:

- **Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week / Able to Work on Weekends**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
- Achieve individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess **Call Centre / Customer Service **experience
- **No experience are welcome to apply** and training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- A good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- **Able to work on weekends**

Other Information:

- Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week including weekends (Will have some weekends off)
- Location: CBD
- Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
