Responsibilities
- To reduce work process risks, increase safety awareness, and enhance safe work practices, best practices should be identified and promoted.
- Analyze the company's HSSE Management System to look for any discrepancies, flaws, or significant changes in the organizational structure, risk control measures, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- To advance worker and EPC contractor safety, carry out or plan internal training initiatives, safety campaigns, and other initiatives.
- To find potential hazards, make sure they are fixed, and verify that safety procedures are being followed, conduct workplace safety audits and inspections.
- Investigate accidents, near-accidents, and workplace injuries to identify their causes, put safety measures in place, and keep an eye on the return to work process.

**Requirements**:

- Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).
- Minimum Diploma Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
