Responsibilities
- Best practices should be identified and advocated for in order to decrease work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
- Find any inconsistencies, flaws, or significant changes in the organizational structure, risk control measures, and offer suggestions for improvement by analyzing the company's HSSE Management System.
- Execute or plan internal training initiatives, safety campaigns, and other initiatives to advance worker and EPC contractor safety.
- Conduct workplace safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, ensure that they are fixed, and confirm that safety procedures are being followed.
- Investigate mishaps, near-misses, and workplace injuries to determine their causes, implement safety measures, and monitor the process of getting back to work.

**Requirements**:

- Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).
- Minimum Diploma Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
