Responsibilities
- locating and advising best practices and initiatives for continuous improvement to lower the risks associated with work processes, increase safety awareness, and enhance safe work practices
- Check the HSSE Management System of the company for inconsistencies, flaws, significant organizational changes, risk control strategies, and improvement suggestions.
- Conduct or plan internal training sessions, safety campaigns, and other safety-related events for EPC workers and contractors.
- Conduct safety audits and inspections of the company's work sites in order to spot potential hazards and address them, as well as to make sure that safety regulations are being followed.
- Investigations into the causes of accidents, near-misses, and occupational injuries take place, along with the implementation of preventative measures and management of return-to-work activities.
- Help with the upkeep of accreditations like ISO and Bizsafe.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer.
- Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).
- Minimum Diploma Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
