**Responsibilities**
- Identify and recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
- Assess the company's HSSE Management System to identify deviations, weaknesses, or significant changes in organization and risk control measures, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct or coordinate in-house training programs, safety promotions, or other safety-related activities for staff.
- Perform safety audits and inspections of the company's worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
- Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO and Bizsafe certificates.
- Conduct weekly 5S inspections and prepare reports.
- Update and manage all Risk Assessment documentation.
- Possess SCDF registered FSM certification.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Requirement**
- Professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment)
