**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide end-to-end recruitment support for Unilever’s main university programmes, ULIP and UFLP, and the Discovery Centre events and activities
- Continuously review, and where relevant, set up a streamlined and intuitive campus recruitment process in accordance with local and statutory guidelines
- Collaborate with other teams in the planning and executing all appropriate campus events/conferences and work with event agencies where required
- Support Employer Brand and University Recruitment campaigns in recognized platforms, e.g., LinkedIn, as an advocate of talent
- Work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team to deliver and support the HR local talent agenda in connection to Campus Recruitment
- Support ED&I agenda in bringing fairness and diversity in campus recruitment
- Monitor and update regularly related KPIs to campus recruitment, looking for opportunities to innovate to improve our performance and delivery or relevant success measures in this space
- Any other ad-hoc projects
The roles of duties are not exhaustive and may change according to business requirements.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
- One to two years experience in Recruiting, University Relations, HR, Business, or account management.
- Able to function effectively in a dynamic team environment and be a change agent
- Agile and not afraid to “roll-up-your-sleeves," when required
- Can manage through ambiguity and unstructured situations to meet a deliverable. Must possess the ability to work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Has strong presentation skills to various levels of audiences, including executives, peers, and students.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork facilitation skills are required, as well as attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook is required.
