Sales Support Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and collect daily deliveries and collections
- Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes
- Follow up and responds promptly to customers’ enquiries
- Work closely with vendors such as warehouse, transporters and shipping agents to resolve customers’ issues
- Assist with generating customers’ daily invoices
- Follow with customers on outstanding AR
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in logistics or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Dangerous Goods will be an added advantage
- Willing to learn and able to adapt in fast paced environment
