**Job description**:
We are looking for a personal assistant (PA) who will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to the organization. The main goal will be to help the senior director in managing his time and responsibilities more efficiently.
Key responsibilities of a personal assistant include:

- Managing schedules and appointments
- Arranging travel, accommodation, and transportation
- Organizing and maintaining files, databases, and records
- Assisting with personal tasks,
- Carrying out research and presenting findings
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required

We would like to have someone who possesses excellent organizational and time management skills, have a keen eye for detail, and are able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in office software and technology, are also essential for this role.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
