**Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan, and implement learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Creates, organizes, plans, implement various learning methods companywide: onboarding, orientation, coaching, job-shadowing, online training.
- Assist managers develop their team members through training needs analysis, career pathing, appraisal documentation and general conversations.
- Assesses course contents prepared by vendors.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees.
- Maintains records of L&D activities: attendance, assessments results, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Prepares and implements training budget, tracks records and reports of expenses.
- May be required to perform other HR functions outside L&D when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder and above. Qualifications in Learning and Development would be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in planning, delivering, and assessing training initiatives.
- Up to date knowledge of latest and effective L&D trends.
- Ability to evaluate, research and propose training options and alternatives.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have initiative, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a dynamic, international environment.

**Salary**: $3,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
