**Position: Customer Engagement Executive**

**Location: North East**

**Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hours**

**Salary: Up to $4,000
**Responsibilities**:

- Administration of music schools operation, both direct and sateliite centers.
- School fee payment control including accounts receivable monitoring and all GIRO process.
- Update and maintain school management system (ERP) records, including fees, course codes etc.
- General office administrative support at Head Office.
- On site customer engagement service support at branches
- On site branch level activities support, including open house, trial lessons etc Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in media marketing or related field
- Related work experience in retail is an advantage Immediate starters preferred
