**Responsibilities**
- PLC programming and start-up assignments of machines and production lines
- Provide onsite & remote after Sales technical support to customers in APAC region
- Support Sales team on technical matters
- Design and program PLC and PC based control systems: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Omron etc

**Background and requirements**:

- You should have some experience in Siemens automation environment preferably in PLC's and industrial automation
- Proficient in PLC programming and PC based control systems: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Omron etc
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as collaboration expertise
- Must have good written and fluent spoken English
- You will be free and willing to travel as and when work so requires, to mills in the region, and globally

**It is your advantage if**:

- You speak Asian languages; Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and/or Malay (as these are working languages of our customers in this region)
- You have experience in troubleshooting controls and inverter drives or adjustable-speed drives
- You have experience in engineering task, PC and HMI programming
